Orange Panda Fit head coach Dennis is a former national team athlete who earned a top-three finish at the World Championships. He holds advanced coaching certifications from both China and the US, plus professional sports rehab certification from UKE (University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf).
We start with a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) — seven core movement tests with targeted follow-ups to assess your baseline abilities and identify potential issues. You'll receive a detailed assessment report that guides your personalized training and nutrition plan.

FMS Movement Assessment
The Functional Movement Screen is a simple, standardized method to evaluate movement quality. Through seven core tests with targeted follow-ups, we identify your baseline abilities and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Conditioning
Using strength training, cardio, and HIIT, we enhance your kinetic chain coordination and build a strong foundation for overall fitness. Training focuses on movement patterns, strength, endurance, cardiovascular health, and stability.
Resistance Training
Using machines, free weights, and bodyweight exercises, we target and strengthen muscles to improve strength, endurance, metabolism, lean mass, and overall physique.
Sports Rehab Training
We identify the root causes of pain and inflammation from movement or lifestyle habits. Through manual therapy and targeted exercises, we improve proprioception, strengthen weak muscles, restore proper posture, and reduce reinjury risk.
Sport-Specific Training
